Steenbergs Organic Sage is a classic organic sage herb from Turkey. Organic sage has one of the richest and most distinctive flavours of all the herbs. Organic sage is perfect for a simple baked chicken or pork, just sprinkle Steenbergs organic sage with lemon juice or sea salt and organic pepper. Organic sage's rich strength lends itself well to many dishes, such as beef roasts, pork chops and game dishes like venison, duck and goose. Leftover turkey or chicken can be pepped up with a bit of organic sage and of course it is still a favourite used with onion, bread and other seasonings such as a stuffing in roasts. Sage is a native of the north Mediterranean, thriving in warm, dry soils. Sage has a very direct astringency which some people do not like. However, sage is valuable for the cook as it cuts down the richness and fattiness of meats, so works very well with pork, hence its used in sausages and in stuffing mixes. It is also great with butternut squash. Sage and onion stuffing is a mainstay of British roast chicken dishes and American Thanksgiving turkey, while saltimbocca use fresh sage leaves. Generally, sage combines well with apples, pulses, onions and tomatoes, or blended into bay, garlic, ginger, marjoram, paprika, parsley and thyme. Organic sage is part of Steenbergs range of over 400 organic spices, seasonings, peppers, herbs, organic Fairtrade flavoured sugars, organic teas and hot chocolates and organic Fairtrade extracts and flower water. Sourced and packed by Steenbergs, the family run artisan spice (and dried herbs) merchants in rural North Yorkshire. Steenbergs specialises in organic.

Free Shipping

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
