Quick Start Guide:
1. It's normal to find water residues in the product, as each device is water-tested before shipping.

Q: Can the lid be unscrewed after using the steam cleaner?
A: This product has a high internal steam temperature. In order to prevent users from accidental burns during use, the safety cover has a steam protection function. It cannot be unscrewed when there is steam in it, and it needs to wait for cooling.
Q: Steam cleaner does not long time like the page advertises
A: The number of air outlets in different nozzles is different, resulting in inconsistent air output, so the time used is determined by the type of nozzle.
