THEEEEEEEY'RE BAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!
I sold quite a few of these replacement handles a few years ago, but I eventually retired them. I just got really tired of making them.
You have no idea...
But...
After a TON of people asking me to make more, I finally gave in.
SO... what is this????
As you may be aware, the Wand Company TOS phaser is GREAT! I own several!
But the handle is WAY too skinny and the wrong shape.
SO...a few years ago, I pulled a mold from my Master Replicas Phaser handle (it's ok...I co-founded that company...) and created a new master pattern with the appropriate tabs and drilled-screw hole to match the WC configuration.
The MR handle is "perfect" as we scanned and measured the original prop, so it exactly matches the screen-used hero prop.
These are newly created from brand new molds, so they are sharp and clean! ZERO air-bubbles!
These are also GREAT for your own custom phaser replicas! Just snip the two tabs off the top and Viola! ...or if you want to display your phaser with additional power packs!
In addition, I cast two steel bolts into each handle for strength and additional weight (in comparison to just straight resin) and each handle base also has two powerful neodymium magnets cast in-place that perfectly match the spacing/polarity of the magnets in the WC display base. They are very powerful and are completely secure when you snap this handle into place on the display! CLICK!!
Please note that this metal-filled resin handle is actually a bit LIGHTER than the WC all-metal handle. WHAT??!! Someone said that the weight is "not accurate". If someone can tell me what a 23rd century, Starfleet phaser handle weighs, then I will happily concede that point!
This is "plug & play". NO additional work is needed. Just remove the BAD WC handle and install this GOOD handle with the WC screw that came with your replica.
Each of these castings is done is Smooth-On 305 resin (the expensive stuff...that got even MORE expensive over the last year...yaaah!)
These are completely prepped, primered, and finished in durable automotive lacquers, sanded between coats. There are about 6 to 7 coats of paint in-total.
They are available in THREE COLORS!
-Semi-gloss black
-Gloss off-white
-Gloss Bronze (which photographs weird)

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
