A mouthpiece that inserts the mouthpiece into the mouth and bites the inside of the mouth to hold it in place. Adjust the inspiratory and expiratory resistance valves by choosing the respiratory resistance you want to make it challenging,turn the valve to the left for more resistance and to the right for less.

Tracking & Notifications
