- The mechanical automatic switch must be installed. The electrical cables must be secured so that they do not fall on the switch. Check the mechanical automatic switch occasionally during the season and make sure that deposits or dirt do not interrupt operation. Check regularly that the power cables have not been damaged

When the water exceeds the acceptable level, the pump is switched on by a rolling steel ball that changes the pressure on the micro switch
The Ultima switch can be attached to any SPX FLOW Johnson Pump bilge pump using the clip on the "T-slot".

Max Amplifier 15A
SPX FLOW Johnson Pump bilge pumps have a T-slot on the housing or mounting bracket. This is for attaching the compact mechanical switch. If necessary, you can still secure the switch with a small drop of waterproof adhesive.
Only if no T-slot is available, screws are recommended for attaching the switch to the pump
The switch should always be attached parallel to the bilge base, with the float facing directly backwards.
Never lower the switch than on the inlet height of the bilge pump

Tracking & Notifications
