Wrap Zinc Oxide Tape from wrist to hand, overlapping and finishing at the thumb base.
Loop tape around thumb 2–3 times, then wrap wrist again. Tear and press firmly to lock.
Place 3 short strips under gauze, feeding each between fingers for added stability.
Repeat wrist and hand wraps as needed for stronger support before training or fight.

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
