Organic rice protein from Golden Penaut Rice protein is one of the even less well-known superfoods that is popular with athletes due to the high proportion of essential and non-essential amino acids. It is nutritious and tastes very good in smoothies or other food and drinks.
In the rice grain you hardly find protein, it consists mainly of carbohydrates. The protein is extracted from the rice bran, the outermost layer of the rice grain. It contains the many vital substances such as minerals, vitamins, proteins and plant fats. This explains why the unpeeled whole grain rice is so much more nutritious than white rice.
Rice protein has an almost perfect amino acid profile, which is optimally adapted to the needs of humans. It contains the three branched chain amino acids (BCAA) important for muscle building in high concentration: isoleucine, valine and leucine. The taste of rice protein is relatively neutral. It can therefore be used pure in water or fruit juice, as well as in shakes,
smoothies or desserts. As it is low in carbohydrates, it is also suitable for a low-carb diet. Our tip: combine Golden Peanut organic pea protein with Golden Peanut organic rice protein in a ratio of 30:70.
Since pea protein does not contain much methionine, which provides the rice protein in large quantities and vice versa the pea protein.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
