  • Is the Softsan microfibre suitable for allergy sufferers?
    Yes, the soft fabric is tested by independent institutes for skin compatibility, supple and allergologically safe.
    No chemical coatings, but micro-fine bonded filaments are used as the best natural protection.
    In case of existing mite allergy, mite protection covers / encasings are also recommended for children.

    How are the intermediate covers applied?
    The anti-allergy duvet covers are pulled directly over mattresses, duvets and pillows.
    By closing the allergy-proof zip, the effective allergen protection of the encasings is immediately guaranteed.
    As usual, the normal bed linen is pulled over the intermediate covers.
    In the double bed, the partner bed should also be equipped with mites protective covers.

    Are the duvet covers washable and does the mite protection wash out?
    Softsan intermediate covers are hygienically washable up to 95 °C.
    You can even dry the encasings on the smallest dryer level.
    Even after frequent washing, the mite-proof function is retained.

    Is the usual sleeping comfort affected?
    No. The cuddly and soft encasings do not rustle.
    After the 1st wash cycle these are even more pleasant.

    How long do the duvet covers last?
    With proper use, regular care (wash every 3-6 months).
    The service life is about 10 years.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.
