500’ x 3/8" Inch ID x 580 OD Bulk Soaker Hose delivers water where it's need, to the root zone without wasting water. Made from recycled materials, 70% from recycled rubber and 30% recycled polyethylene products that are re-pelletized for use in the process. 3/8" Soaker Hose has a "Yellow Stripe" to help indicate size. Sold in bulk rolls meaning there are no fittings so you can simply cut, slip on a “black and yellow 580 compression fitting” and create your own custom irrigation system. Liquid fertilizer can be used to distribute nutrients to plantings through the soaker hose. 3/8” soaker hose can be run in lengths up to 100', but not to exceed 500' off one water supply. GPH is approx. 81 gallons per hour, per 100' at 25 psi, depending on inlet pressure, water hardness. Shorter lengths will have an increase in gph. Soaker Hose should be used on flat surfaces not exceeding a 2' rise over 100'. A quality 25 psi pressure regulator and a 200 mesh filter should be used since Soaker Hose is designed to work at low pressure and be free of particles that might clog the hose. In areas of hard water consider using a calcium filter that will normally last you an entire season. This is the same size hose that Fiskars, Moisture Master, Aquapore had sold under different labels in the 90's up until 2006. Tip: Always try and create a loop in your system for even flow for soaker hoses, and drip irrigation systems.

Order Changes & Cancellations
