- How it works: the trainer against snoring stimulates the building of the palate muscles. A firm, tranated palate inhibits snoring. The tightening of the palate muscles is done via the so-called isometric contraction. This method is also used in professional sports.

The Snorflex palate trainer trains your palate muscles by tightening the palate tissue. A sagging palate is often the reason for loud snoring sounds. With regular, daily training, you can significantly reduce your primary snoring (snoring sound) within a few weeks.

The palate trainer builds the muscles in the area of the soft palate and palate arches thanks to isometric contraction.
