Smile Probio 45B is a specialized dietary supplement that contains a powerful blend of 12 probiotic bacterial strains, totaling 45 billion CFU per daily dose, designed to support normal intestinal function and the balance of the gut microbiota. It also contains prebiotic ingredients such as tapioca dextrin, inulin, and xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) that promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
Active ingredients
- Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus ST81: contributes to the fermentation of lactose and the natural production of lactic acid.
- Bifidobacterium breve BBr60: supports gut microbiome balance and is particularly helpful in cases of diarrhea or dysbiosis.
- Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum BL21 & B. longum subsp. infantis BI45: help maintain the normal pH of the gut and inhibit pathogenic microorganisms.
- Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85: a widely studied strain with benefits for the digestive and immune systems.
- Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp90: helps maintain intestinal barrier integrity and regulates the inflammatory response.

Dosage
Take 1-3 capsules per day.
Instructions of use
To be taken with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Contraindications
It should be taken 2 hours after each antibiotic intake, but we should also continue to take it (once a day) for at least 1 month after the end of taking the antibiotics.
Side effects
To date there are no reports of overdose, as friendly bacteria are part of the gastrointestinal tract.
