The Proflame Transmitter GTMF 0.584.023 is designed to control the on/off main burner operation, its flame levels, , fan speeds, electronic ignition feature and provides on/off and Smart thermostatic control of the hearth appliance... The Proflame GTMF 0.584.023 is a modular remote control system that directs the many functions of today's hearth appliances. In its basic form, it is configured to control the on/off operation of the main burner and to provide thermostatic control of the appliance. Comfort control is advanced by the Smart thermostat feature which automatically modulates flame height optimizing temperature management and room ambiance. No returns on Open Items-Exchange only on items returned as defective.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
