Developed to provide complete protection of all cooling system components, Shell Rotella ELC Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant (Concentrate) is a carboxylate based coolant for heavy duty diesel, gasoline, and natural gas powered engines. The inhibitors in Shell Rotella ELC are designed to go 600,000 miles on-road or 12,000 hours off-road. Featuring excellent heat transfer and pitting protection for wet sleeve cylinder liners, it also works to reduce hard water scale and overall coolant and coolant component maintenance. It requires no traditional ELC Extender or supplemental coolant additive (SCA) additions and contains no silicate borate, nitrate or phosphate. Shell Rotella ELC has excellent, long-term corrosion protection of all cooling system metals including aluminum, brass, cast iron, steel, solder, and copper. Tracking & Notifications
