Duo pack containing 28 capsules and 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 capsule and 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Gluten-free, lactose-free, no GMOs. *Compared to Folic Acid, L-methylfolate is a form of folate which is ready to be used directly by your body. ¹Supplemental folic acid intake increases the maternal folate status. A low maternal folate level is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. For women of child-bearing age beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Development of neural tube defects have several risk factors. Altering a single factor may or may not have a bene?cial effect. ²Maternal intake of Omega-3 DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus. Directions:
