(Consultation) In the event of an abnormalities in the body or if the liquid is accidentally swallowed, immediately notify your doctor that this product contains a pyrethroid chemical agent. [Other Notes] Please be sure to follow the specified usage and usage amount. The core of the bottle has a chemical agent, so you do not touch your hands directly. In the event that the skin gets druged, wash it thoroughly with soap. When using in a closed or narrow room, please be careful to ventilate the room. Depending on your constitution and physical condition, it can cause headaches, throat pain, discomfort. Please use according to the tatami number provided in the instruction manual to avoid overintake of the drug. People with allergies should use caution. Do not insert wires or pins into the fixture, or do not touch the device with wet hands. Also, do not apply liquid such as water or oil onto equipment or bottles. This may cause electrical shock or malfunction. During use, the top of the device and the steam vents become hot, so do not touch it with your hands or put your fingers inside. It may cause burns. Do not touch children's hands during and after use. Please use the device in normal state, and do not use it sideways, upside down, or hang. Also, do not drop or impact the equipment. Be careful of fire and keep away from the flame directly. The core of the bottle is fixed so that it does not pull or move around. The wick will break and become unusable. Storage and Care Instructions: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. When not in use for 3 to 4 months or more, remove the bottle from the appliance and tighten the cap for storage. Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:
