"I thought these masks would make for a nice addition to my massage/spa date night with my wife. When I received them I was a little concerned thinking that Lactobionic acid was the same as Lactic acid, which is rather harsh. But it turns out that Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid while Lactobionic acid is a polyhydroxy acid, which is much gentler. That was helpful to know. I used the masks with my wife and we both felt that our faces were nicely moisturized when we removed them. I would say that we had somewhat of a glow, but that may have been the wine. I do like that it's vegan and made from sustainable bamboo. My wife uses these sort of masks regularly, but this was my first time. She claims this was a good mask with lots of goop. I call it goop, she calls it product. We had no negative reactions to the ingredients and my face is certainly softer today. We do like this version of a moisturizing face mask and the price point seems rather reasonable."
"Ten fully saturated facial masks come in this set, all individually packaged and sealed. I would recommend opening each mask over a sink, as each mask is heavily saturated and takes quite a bit of time to carefully unfold. Easy to place on, once you get it unfolded, and has a light, pleasant scent that is non-irritating. It is recommended that you keep mask on for 15 minutes. I ended up having this mask on for just over 45 minutes as I was watching TV and just lost track of time, lol! The mask stayed in place well the entire time and still felt quite saturated upon removal at the 45 minute mark. Plenty of product to rub into face and neck upon removal. My face definitely felt soft and hydrated afterward. I must mention though, some parts of my face felt a little oily in the morning but no irritation or breakouts noted."
"Love these masks! These K-Beauty facemasks from Sam’u have a pH balancing factor. First, I cooled the mask down for 10 minutes in the freezer and applied it to my face. It felt delightful and refreshing. It had a light scent of what I can detect as perhaps Jasmine. It is not too strong of a fragrance, and I quite enjoyed the aromatherapy aspect of the mask. The serum itself was extremely hydrating and left my skin supple. The mask felt so good I didn’t want to take it off after the recommended 15 minutes, so I left it on for about 30. I massaged the serum in with a gua sha stone to really help it absorb. I didn’t feel the need to apply any additional creams on top of the serum because it was very moisturizing. I woke in the morning to glowing soft skin without any irritation. I think that this skin care product would be great for people with all skin types. These masks are a great value at just two dollars a piece. I love to have them on hand for a spa night at home to share with my girlfriends."
"The mask is really large and soft. If I squeezed some of the serum out, I could probably get a second mask out of it (I have compressed masks for this purpose) and I could have avoided the serum dripping into my eyes and burning, but I was lazy and decided to just use the extra up all over my body. The serum does have fragrance added. Like just about all face masks that apply a lot of serum, it does leave skin tacky, but my skin was also nicely moisturized and glowing. The set is priced okay at $19.80. The box was sealed."

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
