How to Use:
1. Put the tattoo pen on a cartridge needle and adjust the length of the needle.
2. Wrap the tattoo pen around 2-3 layers of straps, in order to prevent slip and make the tattoo artist hold the pen firmly.
Two modes of tattoo foot pedal:
1. Press the nonpolar regulator, the indicator light is steady on, press the foot pedal, the machine will operate under the condition of releasing the foot pedal, press the foot pedal again, the machine will suspend operation, and press the machine to continue operation.
2. If the indicator light is not on, it is necessary to keep pressing the foot pedal to make the machine run. Loosen the foot pedal to stop the machine running.

Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
