- This is a heavy duty shower head holder. The top and bottom mount system holds up to 2 places, so even with heavy shower heads will catch and provide stability. - Easy to use. 1. Clean the surface with a commercial glass cleaner, etc. 2. Peel off the seal on the surface of the cap and gently press it to the surface and turn it until it is fully locked in the clockwise direction (close). 3. Wait 1 hour after installation, and make sure it is installed firmly and then load items. 4. To remove, turn the cap counterclockwise (open direction), grab the folds at the end of the suction cup and peel it off. 5. If the dust or dirt gets stuck to the suction cap, rinse it clean with water and dry completely before reinstall. The adhesive pad offsets the uneven surface so the suction cup works on matte and damaged surfaces (perforated surfaces, wooden boards, etc.). If you still feel that it is not enough, please purchase the Mega Log Pad (sold separately). Mega Log pads also eliminate bumps, so suction cups work on plaster, painted walls. Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
