Assembly instructions / replace the grass trimmer spool:

The direction of travel of the spool is indicated in the bobbin case on the spool.

1. Unplug the power plug.

2. Open the bobbin case by simultaneously pressing the two releases on the bobbin case.

3. Take off the lid of the bobbin case and take out the thread spool.

4. Insert the new spool into the bobbin case. The side of the coil on which the direction of travel is indicated by arrows must be visible after insertion. Insert the two thread ends through the opposite thread outlet eyelets. Make sure that the thread ends do not slip out of the slots of the spool.

5. Put the lid back on the bobbin case. Make sure that the releases on the lid fit exactly into the cut-outs on the bobbin case. They then snap noticeably.

6. Pull the thread ends and press the locking button again and again until the thread ends protrude about 1 cm above the thread cutter.
