How to use

How to Use Each Product in the RefectoCil Professional Colours Starter Kit 

Pure Black Tint

  1. Clean the eyebrows or eyelashes thoroughly to remove any oils or makeup.
  2. Mix the Pure Black Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes using a mini brush.
  4. Leave the tint on for the recommended time as per the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Remove the tint using a damp cotton pad.
     

Blue/Black Tint

  1. Ensure the area is clean and free of makeup or oils.
  2. Combine the Blue/Black Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Use a mini brush to apply the tint to the desired area.
  4. Allow the tint to process for the time specified in the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Wipe off the tint with a damp cotton pad.
     

Graphite Tint

  1. Prepare the area by cleaning it thoroughly.
  2. Mix the Graphite Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Apply the mixture using a mini brush to the eyebrows or eyelashes.
  4. Let the tint develop for the recommended duration in the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Remove the tint with a damp cotton pad.
     

Natural Brown Tint

  1. Clean the application area to remove any residue.
  2. Blend the Natural Brown Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Apply the tint using a mini brush to the desired area.
  4. Leave the tint on for the time suggested in the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Clean off the tint with a damp cotton pad.
     

Light Brown Tint

  1. Ensure the area is clean and dry.
  2. Mix the Light Brown Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Use a mini brush to apply the tint to the eyebrows or eyelashes.
  4. Allow the tint to process for the time indicated in the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Remove the tint using a damp cotton pad.
     

Chestnut Tint

  1. Prepare the area by cleaning it thoroughly.
  2. Combine the Chestnut Tint with the Oxidant Cream in a mini cosmetic dish.
  3. Apply the mixture to the desired area using a mini brush.
  4. Let the tint develop for the recommended time in the RefectoCil Colour Guide.
  5. Wipe off the tint with a damp cotton pad.
     

Oxidant Cream

  1. Use the Oxidant Cream to activate the tints by mixing it with the chosen tint in a mini cosmetic dish.
  2. Ensure the mixture is smooth and well-blended before application.
  3. Follow the specific tint instructions for application and processing time.
  4. Store the Oxidant Cream in a cool, dry place after use.
  5. Ensure the cap is tightly closed to maintain product efficacy.
     

RefectoCil Tint Remover

  1. Apply a small amount of RefectoCil Tint Remover to a cotton pad.
  2. Gently rub the stained area until the tint is removed.
  3. Rinse the area with water to remove any residue.
  4. Repeat if necessary for stubborn stains.
  5. Store the Tint Remover in a cool, dry place.
     

Mini Cosmetic Dishes and Brushes

  1. Use the mini cosmetic dishes to mix tints with the Oxidant Cream.
  2. Ensure the dishes are clean before use to avoid contamination.
  3. Use the mini brushes to apply the tint mixture precisely.
  4. Clean the brushes thoroughly after each use.
  5. Store the dishes and brushes in a clean, dry place.
     

RefectoCil Eye Protection Papers

  1. Place the eye protection papers under the eyes before applying the tint.
  2. Ensure they are positioned correctly to protect the skin.
  3. Adjust as necessary for client comfort.
  4. Dispose of the papers after each use.
  5. Use new papers for each client to maintain hygiene.

  1. Refer to the RefectoCil Colour Guide for detailed instructions on mixing and application.
  2. Follow the recommended processing times for each tint.
  3. Use the guide to select the appropriate tint for each client.

Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Products may ship from:

  • Our U.S. warehouses, or
  • Our international fulfillment centers (including Korea, Japan, China, Australia, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the EU).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on select products or during promotional periods. Availability of free shipping will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. 

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
