Installation Procedure: Step 1: Begin by following the instructions in your vehicle owner's manual to safely raise the vehicle and support it with adequately load-rated jackstands. Remove the wheels and thoroughly inspect the rotors for any signs of damage or cracks. If you detect any damage, do not proceed with the installation. Ensure to remove any visible rust from the mating flange on the vehicle's rotor. Also, check both the rotor and wheel mounting flanges for burns, rivet heads, or any other obstruction that could prevent proper seating of the spacer/adapter. Step 2: Once you've ensured that proper seating can be achieved, apply the provided thread locker to the vehicle's studs. Mount the wheel spacers onto the rotor by torquing the provided wheel spacers/adapter lug nuts. Using a torque wrench, tighten all lug nuts to the appropriate torque specification. Install the wheel onto the wheel spacer using the existing lug nuts. Again, tighten all lug nuts to the appropriate torque specification using a torque wrench. Please do not use an impact wrench. Step 3: After installation, check that the wheel and tire clearance allow for full steering (lock-to-lock). If there is no interference, the vehicle may be lowered. After traveling the first 50-100 miles, re-check the torque, and then again every 2000-3000 miles.
