The R200 Remote is a handheld battery-operated multi-functional wireless control with docking station is designed to control constant pilot feature, flame height, blower speed and to turn your gas fireplace on and off.

The OEM Dexen IntelliFire Plus RC200 Remote Transmitter comes with a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer.

Important Safety Precautions for Servicing Hearth Products or Gas Appliances Operated with Dexen Controls:

WARNING: To prevent serious injury, electrical shock, or severe burns, all servicing and repair of Hearth Products or Gas Appliances utilizing Dexen controls must be performed exclusively by a state-licensed or qualified service technician.

Prior to Commencing Service:
  • Isolate Power Sources: Ensure that both the gas supply (if applicable) and electrical power to the hearth product or gas appliance is completely disconnected.
  • Allow for Thermal Dissipation: Permit the gas appliance to cool down entirely before initiating any servicing procedures.
During Service Procedures:
  • Operational Safety: Under no circumstances should the hearth product or gas appliance be serviced while it is in operation or retains any residual heat.
  • Electrical Disconnection: Never attempt to service any hearth product or gas appliance that remains connected to an electrical power source.
Post-Service Verification:
  • Leak Detection Protocol (if applicable): Following any repair involving gas components, it is imperative to conduct thorough testing for gas leaks to ensure safe operation.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Strictly adhere to all provided instructions to mitigate the potential for electrical shock or severe thermal injuries.

Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
