Vitamin D Vitamin D3 is found in nature almost exclusively in animal sources, especially fish, dairy products, and eggs as well as in meat. Plants such as lichen also contain vitamin D, as well as various fungi, in which the less effective vitamin D2 is contained. Vitamin D occupies a very special position among vitamins. On the one hand, it is one of the few vitamins that we hardly consume through food, but instead produce in the skin with the help of the sun, on the other hand, vitamin D is not a vitamin in the classic sense, but rather a hormone precursor. Unlike many other vitamins, it is converted into an important hormone in the body that controls the function of cells and numerous physical processes. Almost all body cells have special receptors for the vitamin D hormone and are dependent on an adequate supply of vitamin D. Vitamin D is still being intensively researched. Almost every year, new mechanisms of action of this fascinating vitamin are discovered. Bioactive Alpha Tocopherol Vitamin E is chemically speaking, a whole vitamin group consisting of 8 different compounds. These are divided into 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols, each of which is distinguished by the attachment alpha, beta, gamma, delta. Alpha tocopherol is the vitamin E form with the highest bioactivity and the only form that can meet human vitamin E needs. All other forms of vitamin E are measured in their vitamin activity on alpha-tocopherol. The molecule of alpha-tocopherol can occur in several geometric variants. Natural alpha-tocopherol is always present as so-called D-alpha tocopherol. Only this form shows the desired biological effect in the body. Synthetic vitamin E, on the other hand, is usually a mixture of different isomers and also contains the biologically partially inactive L-alpha tocopherol. This shows lower bioavailability and bioactivity. Our drops provide only natural, bioactive D-alpha tocopherol. Vitamin K is naturally present as vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and vitamin K2 (menaquinon), whereby vitamin K2 seems to be the more active of the two forms. Phylloquinone is mainly found in plants, while menquinon is produced by some human intestinal bacteria, or in foods fermented by micro-organisms such as sauerkraut or the Japanese dish Natto. Vitamin K2 activates a whole range of special proteins in the body that play a role in important metabolic processes, including in the transport and utilisation of calcium as well as in blood clotting. Currently, almost all authorities do not consider vitamin K2 separately, but only consider all vitamins of the K group together. Accordingly, only the statements released for vitamin K1 apply to vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 and vitamin D Vitamin K2 is the most important active partner of vitamin D in the regulation of calcium metabolism. Together, the two vitamins control bone-building and degrading cells and important transport molecules that ensure correct utilization of calcium. Vitamin A Vitamin A belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins and controls a variety of important body functions. Vitamin A is known for its special importance in the preservation of vision. Vitamin A is important for the normal functioning of our skin and mucous membranes in the mouth, nose, intestines and sexual organs. Vitamin A is important for a strong immune system and it works synergistically with iron on the construction of red blood cells. Health-related statements about vitamin D, E, K, A (according to EFSA): Vitamin D contributes to: a normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, a normal level of calcium in the blood, the maintenance of bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function, the maintenance of healthy teeth, a normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D has a function in cell division. Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to: normal blood clotting, the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin A contributes: to maintain normal vision, to normal iron metabolism, to a normal function of the immune system, to maintain normal skin, to maintain normal mucous membranes. Vitamin A has a function in cell specialization. Recommended intake and daily requirements: recommended intake: 1 drop daily. Shake well, drip gently. Daily requirement vitamin A. The EU indicates the recommended daily consumption amount (NRV) with 800μg (around 2600 IU) vitamin A. The German Society for Nutrition recommends 800μg (around 2600I) vitamin A for women and 1000μg (around 3300 IU) vitamin A for men. Vitamin D. The different information about the exact dosage of vitamin D can be very confusing. Recommendations vary greatly here from organization to organization. For adults, the EU recommends 200 IU, the German Society for Nutrition (DGE) 800 IE. However, numerous researchers and non-profit organisations consider these recommendations too low to prevent deficiency or maintain vitamin D levels. Vitamin K2 There are currently no individual recommendations for vitamin K2. The German Society for Nutrition recommended a total vitamin K intake of at least 70μg. Vitamin E The EU indicates the recommended daily intake (NRV) with 12 mg vitamin E. The German Society for Nutrition recommends 12 mg vitamin E for women and 14 mg vitamin E for men.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:
