Temperature description
1. Marked temperature is the surface temperature of the product without touching any objects in a 24C environment.
2. The increase in temperature is not only determined by the heating plate. Large space, good insulation, basic temperature, etc. are all important factors. Therefore, the stable temperature of the heated object under different use environments cannot be estimated.
3. Temperature control is uncontrollable, choose according to your needs, if you need to control the temperature flexibly, you can match the temperature control equipment by yourself.
Power description
1.Maximum power: The power marked in the option means that both sides of the heating plate can dissipate heat under extremely good conditions at the same time. If the heating plate only touches the object on one side, the maximum power is directly reduced to half
2.Actual power: The power of the PTC heating plate is not a fixed value, it is a range. The better the actual power heat is dissipated, the greater the power (similar to the principle of inverter air conditioning)
3.Impact power: about 2 times the maximum power
4.Dry burning power: about 20% of the maximum power (the power that dissipates naturally when not touching any objects)
5.Low-voltage products: not only need to meet its voltage, but also need to pay attention to the current. If the power supply current cannot meet the product's impulse current, low-voltage products | The product may have slow temperature rise, low temperature, or even short circuit.
PTC characteristics
1.Dissipated power: Due to the different user usage methods and the energy-saving characteristics of the PTC itself, the power in actual use is mostly within the range of 50%-200% of its rated power (the better the acid and heat, the greater the power)
2.Dry burning power: about 20% of rated power (this product is dry burning type)
