The Sipify stainless steel drinking straws for coffee and tea (and other hot drinks) is reusable, travel friendly and comes with a patent-pending design that "Air cools" your hot beverage on the way up, keeping your mouth burn free.

How does it work?

  1. A straw draws from the bottom of the cup where your drink is hottest and can burn you.
  2. Sipify’s unique shape and air-tech system delivers optimized cooling for the perfect sip.
  3. Our specially engineered silicone cover is designed to allow air to pass through & provide comfort while you sip!
  4. Squeezing Sipify's cover controls the amount of air-flow, allowing you to choose the perfect level of cooling!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand washing:

Both the straw and the cover should be cleaned regularly. In order to clean, start by removing the cover from the straw. Use the included cleaning brush to separately clean each of the straw and the silicone cover in warm soapy water. Before reassembling after cleaning be sure to rinse the straw and the silicone cover thoroughly to remove any remaining soap. 

Dishwasher:

Both the straw and the cover are dishwasher safe. in order to clean, start by removing the cover from the straw and placing the separate pieces in the dishwasher, and use your preferred cleaning cycle.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
