- 2. Apply the top strip (larger) and the lower strip. Saliva will not hinder its adhesion.
- 3. Leave it on for 60 minutes, during which you can comfortably perform daily activities.

- For best results, brush your teeth thoroughly before and after applying the strips.
- Avoid using toothpaste during treatment; choose fluoride toothpaste to strengthen enamel.

Tracking & Notifications
