With this Powerball you can reach a training weight of up to 34 kg thanks to the metal rotor and the higher weight of about 346 g. This 34 kg is to be understood as gyroscopic resistance or torque and is measured at a speed of approx. 10,000 rpm. Shipping Cost for Returns
