1.Please do not point the water outlet at people and animals.
2.Please note that the temperature of the steam gradually decreases as the steam is sprayed farther away, so it is recommended that you place the steam nozzle close to the surface you are cleaning. Please note that hot and cold water pipe cannot be used in steam mode.
3.Please note that we recommend that you wear protective gloves (not included) when cleaning, as working on the machine can cause the handle and hose to heat up.
4.Please note that a small amount of water will flow out of the machine when it is first started, this is normal after a factory water pressure test.
5.Please note that we recommend that you add a waterproof gasket (not included) between the steam gun and the nozzle/extension tube.
6.It is recommended to use a specialist cleaning solution(not included) associated with using a cleaning machine. To lengthen its lifespan, please keep the inner cleaning tank dry after use.
7.Please read the manual and product labels carefully before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included. If there is any abnormality during use, please shut down immediately and cut off the power supply. Please do not disassemble the unit except for the authorized serviceman. Please do not touch the socket with a wet hand to reduce the risk of electrocution.

Shipping Cost for Returns
