- Moisten your skin and apply your favorite cleanser either directly onto your skin or onto the soft silicone bristles of the Strawberry

The steel edge at the top of the Strawberry is for exfoliating, perfect for removing dead skin, leaving skin healthy, silky and smooth.
While your skin is moist, either after a shower or after applying water to your skin, move the strawberry at a 45-degree angle over your face, arms, legs or any other area of your body that needs exfoliating.
Use light pressure to help open pores around your nose, chin, forehead. The exfoliating edge can be used as well for extractions around the nose, chin, or any area that needs some extra attention.
Charging & Operating
A fully charged Strawberry will hold a charge for many weeks when used as directed. When you start to feel the power of the vibrations becoming weaker, it is time to charge.
To turn on your Strawberry press the 'O' in POP. Press again for pulse option.
Processing Time
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
- Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
