Order Processing & Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been cleared, excluding weekends.
Some orders may be shipped sooner depending on availability and workload.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. If a buyer provides an incorrect address and the order is delivered to that address or returned, it is the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order is shipped and marked as "Delivered" in the tracking system, we are not responsible if the postal service fails to physically deliver the package. If tracking shows the order as delivered, it means it successfully reached the destination, and at that point, it is out of our hands.
If an order shows no tracking updates or gets lost before reaching its destination, we will file a claim with the carrier to investigate and try to resolve the issue. Please note that claims can only be filed during our business hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM (EST).
Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM (EST) ? Only claims will be processed; replacement orders are handled on weekdays.
Sunday: Closed. Messages received on Sundays will be answered starting Monday.
Messages can take up to 24 hours to be answered, depending on demand.
Important: Carrier investigations can take several days depending on the case. We will provide updates as soon as the carrier contacts us with information. If the carrier approves the claim, we may offer a replacement or another solution. Please understand that we cannot send replacements or refunds while a claim is still under investigation by the carrier.

Tracking & Notifications
