- An heirloom variety and excellent OP strain, this winter spaghetti squash is grown as a fruit vegetable, producing rounded cylindrical buff tan fruits, approximately 8 to 12 inches long and 5 to 6 inches in diameter.
- The squash keeps up to 6 months. They can be boiled whole or baked. The flesh peels out in strands, similar to pasta, and has become popular as a nutritious, low-calorie spaghetti.
- This herbaceous annual is a member of the cucurbit (Cucurbitaceae) family. It grows vigorously, forming spreading vines, and produces 5 to 7 fruits per plant. Fruits are harvestable when the skin color changes from cream to buff.
- Easily grown from seed, it prefers full sun and fertile, organically rich, medium moisture, well-drained loams with a pH of 6.0 to 6.8. Open pollinated, it produces seed that will grow true to type, ideal for seed saving.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
