Easy to use:
1. Unscrew the bottom of one candle, put three AAA alkaline batteries inside the candle.2. Cover the bottom of the candle and screw tightly.
3. Switch ON by pressing the button of the candle bottom.
4. Carefully hold the candle and put it into the top hole of the holder.
5. When using the suction cup: Carefully squeeze the cylindrical rod of the hoop into the round hole of the suction cup, then carefully insert the candle bottom to the hoop before attaching the candle to window.
Remote control:
Remove the transparent insulation sheet from the remote bottom first.“ON”/ “OFF” button: turn on/ turn off.
“4H”/ “6H” button: 4 hours/ 6 hours timing mode.
“FLF”/ “Light” button: flame flickering/ static shining.

Warm Tips:
1. The bottom switch of the candle and the remote control may interfere with each other. May sure the bottom switch is in a proper state when using the candles.2. To make the suction cups more workable and durable, remember to soak them in warm water for 3 to 5 minutes before using.
3. When not using the candle lights for a long time, please remove the batteries and store candles in a cool and dry place.

Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
