Organic quinoa grain is a good source of protein and fiber. It’s low in calories and fats compared to the majority of other grains. It’s also effortless to cook, and it tastes good even on its own. You can use it to make pilaf and many other dishes. It’s also an excellent ingredient in salads. You can also enjoy sweet black quinoa with some milk and fruits. . . How to Cook Black Quinoa Fast. . You won’t have to wait long for your delicious serving of organic black quinoa. This grain doesn’t need to be pre-soaked for hours. However, you need to rinse it under running water for 30 seconds or soak for about 5 minutes before you start cooking. It will remove the bitter covering of quinoa grain. . Cook organic black quinoa in a pot using 1 ¾ cups of water for every cup of grain. You’ll need to bring the pot to a boil, add some salt, and reduce the heat to the lowest simmer. Cover the pot right away and let black quinoa cook for 25 minutes without uncovering it. Finally, drain it in a strainer and return fluffed-up grain to the pot. Cover it and leave for 10-15 minutes to rest. Also, you’ll need to fluff up cooked quinoa grain with a fork before serving.

Tracking & Notifications
