DESCRIPTION

The U508 Universal TPMS Reset Tool "wakes up" tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensors mounted to the vehicle's wheel.

This item can do all function of EL50448 OTC-5 for , TPMS19 for Ford, function like ATEQ AT06 scanner.

U508 works on most vehicles brands (For Ford/Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC) products manufactured for the North American market.

 It won't work if you've purchased aftermarket sensors that are the wrong frequency. U508 fit for G.M most kind of vehicles, 

equipped with a 315 or 433 MHz Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) system. This re-learn procedure can be performed by using special tool U508.  

FUNCTION

The U508 sends a RF signal to the TPMS sensor mounted to the vehicle's wheel to “wake up” the sensor. 

Once the tool triggers the sensor, the sensor is ready to communicate with the vehicle's ECU. 

 INSTRUCTIONS

While holding the tool next to the side wall of the tire above the sensor, press and hold the button to trigger the sensor

 (You can also press the tool directly against the sidewall of the tire). An orange light will illuminate on the tool.

Continue to hold the button down until successful signal transfer to the vehicle's ECU, diagnostic station or until the vehicle's horn "beeps". 

Some vehicles Need to Use Other Tools To Enter the Learning Mode

-Make sure all tires are inflated to door placard suggested.

-Be sure ALL other sensors are out of range of vehicle antenna, (10 ft range min).

-Disable all other WiFi/Bluetooth and electronic accessory devices**.

**Includes HID kits, car audio systems, navigation, back-up cameras, if NOT original equipment, these devices may cause RF disruption.

**This Relearn procedure requires the use of a OBDII tool**

A properly formatted scan tool is required to learn sensor IDs when replacing sensors.

Inflate all tires

Read all sensor IDs using tool

Connect tool to OBDII port

Reset ECU with tool

Ignition OFF then ON

Drive at 25 MPH for up to 10 minutes
