The app must open the following permissions to be available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Strictly adhere to US laws and regulations as well as the platform's policies to protect user privacy, there is no risk of disclosure of privacy.
1. Allow the device to access the network and Bluetooth, otherwise the device will not work.
2. Allow opening and access to location information, otherwise the device will not work.
3. Read the manual for specific steps.
Processing Time
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
