Quick Start Guide
1.Take Forehead Temperature: press the "Measure" button to power on. Keep the thermometer about 1-3cm away from the forehead. Press the "Measure" button and release, the beep is heard, read the value.
2.Take Object/room Temperature: power off the thermometer, press "Mem" button for 3sec. Keep the thermometer about 1-3cm away from the object. Press the "Measure" button and release, the beep is heard, read the value.
3.Check 35 Sets of Previous Readings: power on the thermometer, short press "Mem" button to enter the memory mode. Press "Mem" button again to check the 35 sets of memories one by one. If no value, it will display "---M".
4.℉/℃ Switch: when the thermometer is on, keep pressing "Mute-unmute" button for 5s to switch.
5.Mute/Unmute Switch: when the thermometer is on, pressing "Mute-unmute" button for 1s to switch.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
