Making Better Hand-Brewed Coffee for Yourself
1- Before you start hand brewing, place the brewer and filter on the coffee scale and press the TARE button to reset the weight to zero.
2- Add the ground coffee. You can accurately control the weight of the ground coffee, then prepare the hot water.
3- Press the TARE button again to reset the weight to zero and then press the START button. Then start pouring hot water into the filter.
4- Record the weight of the ground coffee you used, the weight of the water and the time you poured the hot water each time.
Enjoy the process until you have brewed the perfect coffee and you can enjoy the perfect coffee every day from now on.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
