Installation
STEP 1
Prepare some 16 AWG wires
STEP 2
Strip 3 / 16 " or wire insulation
STEP 3
Slide the seal up to the edge of the wire insulation, then plug the rubber seal through the wire.
STEP 4
ldentify the crimp areas or wings on your terminal.
Don't crimp the wings . Keep the wings up
STEP 5
Crimp the terminal with a crimping tool, completely close the terminal wings to the stripped wire
STEP 6
Pull test to ensure that the terminals are well crimped; if the terminals are not tightened in place, the wires will easily pull out of the connector.
STEP 7
Complete the relevant production of male Female terminals by thread pressing
STEP 8
Insert the pre-crimped wire into the plug of the connector. Keep the wings up, docking the already crimped male and female plug.
