1) A thicker steel.
Thin steel means saturation of the flow in the magnetic circuit. The excess flow of the magnetic hook is wasted in the air and cannot be used.
2) Thin paint covered.
The thick paint finish results in large leakage of flux, only a small part of the flux from the magnetic hook base can be used to provide attractive power. The thicker the painting, the worse the magnetic hook power.
3) The magnetic hook does not attract iron plates, such as: Aluminium, copper, wood, plastic.
- How to achieve advertising power?
1) 0.2 cm or thicker A3 steel plate.
2) The steel attracted by the magnetic hook should be placed horizontally, not tilted.
3) No painting or rust on the steel.
4) Straight upside-down suspension of the magnetic hooks.
Hang straight upside-down or on the side?
Straight upside-down hanging of magnetic hooks is recommended, the above hanging method of the side is used in the most common place.
The capacity of the side suspension of the magnetic hook is determined by the friction of the attracted object. It is much smaller than straight upside-down hanging magnetic hooks.

Please understand: if you attach the magnetic hooks to thin steel with thick and smooth paint on the side, such as refrigerator, filing cabinet, etc., most flux is wasted in the air.

Shipping Cost for Returns
