The NatureHolic Floating Spheres are perfect for creating floating moss balls for the aquarium. To do this, the thread is first divided into 1 m long pieces.
Now you wrap one of the black balls with small cut moss or a moss ball. Wrap the layer tightly with one of the 1 metre long nylon threads.
You leave one thread end long - so that the floating sphere is later attached to your aquarium. Choose the length depending on the height at which the mossed ball should float later. Then knot the thread carefully. At the long end of the thread, attach one of the enclosed weights at the bottom and adjust the height of the floating sphere again.
You can hide the weight in the aquarium behind a moss pad, the aquarium decoration or a small group of plants. Alternatively, you can cover the weight of the floating moss ball a little aquarium substrate.
You can plant low aquarium plants on the floating moss balls for more variety and a great natural effect. Bucephalandra, Anubias nana "Bonsai" or Anubias nana "Pangolino" are great on the balls, as well as white-leaved or golden Anubias variants, which also provide chic light points on your floating balls in the aquarium.
Table tennis balls, commonly used for floating plant balls in the aquarium, can release toxins into the water, and the also commonly used pumice stones suck up with water and eventually go down. The NatureHolic floating spheres made of aquarium-grade plastic, on the other hand, do not absorb water and are guaranteed non-toxic.

You also need (not included in the set): moss to tie up, if desired also small ride-on plants such as Anubias nana "Bonsai", Anubias nana "Pangolino", Bucephalandra or similar, scissors.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations
