Purely natural biological ingredients from organic farming, as well as natural emulsifiers and surfactants, are therefore a matter of course for us. As a result, our products are also free from any synthetic color, fragrance and preservative substances. All raw materials were selected with great care, perfectly tailored to the needs of pregnant women and mothers. We believe in the healing power of nature, which is very close to our hearts and deeply rooted in our brand DNA. For this reason, we promise that our products are absolutely cruelty-free and 100 percent vegan in origin.

Our cosmetic products are manufactured by a renowned family company in southern Germany with extensive experience in the field of natural cosmetics. Inspired by the untouched landscape of the Swabian Alb and its soothing atmosphere, the traditional house pursues a holistic approach. Concentrated on the essentials, effective cosmetics are produced here without endangering resources. The company focuses on quality and deceleration in every production phase. Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
