Steps to measure your pet's body temperature
1. Before preparing to measure your pet's body temperature, the thermometer should be in the room at a temperature of 16-35 degrees for at least 30 minutes in order to avoid the influence of the environment
2. If the pet is sensitive to the measurement sound Please slide the side button of the ear thermometer to turn off the sound in advance.
3. Check your pet's ears, and remove the ear wax first, We have 20 cotton swabs for your convenience.
4. Check the ear thermometer probe to make sure it is clean, then remove the hair from your pet's ear and place the thermometer close to the inside of your pet's ear canal to ensure proper measurement.
5. A measurement error of +/-0.4°F to +/-0.6°F is reasonable, with the reading that occurs most often as the final reading.
For best results, please read the measurement precautions. Important!
1. Please wait at least 30 minutes after your pet's physical exercise before taking a measurement.
2. Before measuring the temperature from the ear canal, please clean the ear wax, if any.
3. Do not pull out your dog's ears too deeply. Dogs have curved ears and it is easy to cause injury if you pull them out too deeply. Cleaning your dog's ear canal once or twice a week is a good idea.
4. Make sure the sensor is clean before each measurement.
5. If taking multiple measurements in a row, please wait 5 seconds between each measurement.
6. Your pet's normal body temperature is approximately 102.2~104F. If the temperature is much higher or lower than this, please consult your veterinarian.

Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
