Working Principle:
Due to the Different Thermal Expansion Coefficients, When the Temperature of the Bimetallic Sheet Changes, the Thermal Expansion and Contraction Degrees of the Two Sides Are Different, So the Degree of Bending Changes at Different Temperatures.
When the Temperature is Higher Than the Expansion Temperature of the Bimetal, the Contact Position of the Bimetal is Deformed and Disconnected, and the Circuit is Disconnected.
When the Temperature is Lower Than the Expansion Temperature of the Bimetal, the Contact Position of the Bimetal is Restored to Its Original Shape and Closed, and the Circuit is Closed.
The Thermostat is Divided into Two Types: Normally Open and Normally Closed
Normally Closed: when the Temperature is Set, the Thermostat is in the Normally Closed State. when the Actual Ambient Temperature Drops to or Close to the Set Temperature, the Load Heating Will Be Started. Usually the Thermostat is in the Normally Closed State. when the Temperature is Greater Than the Set Temperature, the Load is Always in a Stopped State.
Normally Open: when the Temperature is Set, the Thermostat is in the Normally Open State. when the Actual Ambient Temperature is Greater Than or Close to the Set Temperature, the Load Will Be Started to Dissipate Heat. Usually the Thermostat is in the Normally Open State. when the Temperature is Lower Than the Set Temperature, the Load is Always in a Shutdown State
