北海道産100%の生乳を原料としてできた風味豊かな脱脂粉乳(スキムミルク)です。
低脂肪なうえ、良質な生乳由来のたんぱく質やカルシウムが豊富に含まれています。
パン生地に配合することで、生地の老化が遅くなるほか、発酵体制も改善されます。
また、栄養強化につながりパンの風味も増します。
配合は、小麦粉に対して5%程度が目安です。
パンやお菓子作りだけでなく、普段のお料理に加えることで、不足しがちなカルシウムを食事で簡単に補えます。
