The Vitabay Magnesium Malate 1000 MG provides 150 mg of elementary magnesium per capsule. Besides calcium, magnesium plays a vital role in building and maintaining the skeleton system and teeth. It is known that about 300 enzymes require magnesium for their activity. An adult needs about 350 mg of elementary magnesium per day, including for controlling muscle and nerve functions.
Vitabay Magnesium Malate is the mineral of apple acid, which is found in apples and other types of fruit. As part of the so-called citric acid cycle, the apple acid is important for the formation of ATP, the energy supplier in physical exertion.
