- Hub supports 4K UHD or Full HD 1080p HDMI output. If you use 4K output, please make sure your HDMI cable supports this resolution.
- To get the correct display output, make sure you support Displayport Alt Mode via USB-C/Thunderbolt port.
- This product is compatible with Windows 10 and above, Mac OS 11 or above, iPad OS 14 or above, Android 9 or above. For iPad, it is compatible with all iPads with USB-C port.
- Power supply is 5V 1.5A, 5V 0.9A when two USB-A ports are used.
- The SD card/Micro SD card reader is SD 3.0 standard, with a maximum speed of 108 MB/s, and cannot be used simultaneously. Please note:
- When using the USB-C PD port, we recommend that you use 45W or higher charger for your iPad and 75W for laptop because the power supply and USB-A port power supply for the hub to work.
FAQs
Q. SD/MicroSD card cannot be recognized.
A. Please check the contact points of memory card and clean it. If you use a MicroSD with an adapter, please remove the adapter. In some cases, restarting your laptop/iPad/tablet can solve the problem.
Q. Does this hub require external power supply?
A.This hub does not require external power supply, it can work with power from your laptop/Macbook/iPad. However, if you are using accessories that require power such as external hard disk or audio interface, we recommend connecting to USB-C PD port to ensure adequate power supply.
Q. You can't charge your iPad with this hub.
A: We suggest you use a 45W+ charger for your iPad. If you use the original iPad charger (20W), this hub gets 15W power from the charger and powers the USB port, so the iPad only supply 5W and may not charge your iPad.
Q. Connect two external hard disks to disconnect the hub.
A.External hard disk may require more power than the power that your laptop's USB-C port can provide, resulting in a hub. If you want to use accessories that require power such as an external hard disk, it is recommended to connect to an external PD charger.
Q. Copy data to USB memory/SD card will slow copy
A: Commercially available USB and SD cards are normal that the writing speed is slower than read speed unless specified. Please check the write speed of USB memory/SD card.
Q. It may not be able to connect to the internet after the computer goes back to sleep.
A.When you sleep, the network adapter power off setting may affect it. Please turn off this setting.
