● Composition and Properties The beads are composed of pure clay fermented with so-called effective microorganisms (EM microorganisms). This assembly is cooked at high temperature, which makes it possible to solidify the material which then becomes ceramic. The beads thus produced have a purifying and antioxidant action and are used in particular: Softening tap water (eliminate chlorine odors and enjoy quality water) Extending the preservation of fruits and vegetables Improve the efficiency of machine washing ● EM ceramic beads, for whom? Anyone who, like us, are concerned about their well-being and want to opt for a healthier environment while reducing their waste. ● Where? In your decanters, bottles, vases, drinking water of your animals (gray or pink), appliances, vegetable trays, fruit baskets (gray only). ● How much? Tap water: 10/L of water (gray or pink pearls) Fruits, vegetables or vases: 10 to 20 (gray pearls) Refrigerator, dishwasher: 20 to 30 (gray pearls) ● Grey beads or pink pearls? - Grey pearls are cooked at high temperature (1200°C) and enriched with microorganisms. Their structure is not very porous. They are used to soften tap water, prolong the preservation of fruits or vegetables, improve machine wash efficiency and service life of appliances, pink beads are more porous: cooked at a temperature of 800 °C, their texture gives them a high adsorption capacity (chlorine and ammonia). They are intended to purify tap water – for use only in bottles, water fountains, decanters, pitchers.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
