How to use: Apply the brace daily where pain or discomfort is felt on the lower back. The lumbar brace provides continuous heat to relieve pain while in contact with skin and the double compression straps ensures a secure snug fit while maintaining posture, as well as to allow greater movement and back support when using the belt.
Warnings: DO NOT leave it on if you feel it is too hot for you. As soon as you feel it's too hot, remove it and wear it again after 10~15 minutes to continue to alleviate the pain. If skin abnormalities appear discontinue using it. It is normal for redness to appear on the skin where applied, this is the result of increased circulation and heat. DO NOT use in combination with pain relief creams as it may cause an allergic reaction and may damage the tourmaline on the lumbar brace. AMW Pure Life Lumbar support belt must not be used with pacemakers. Our lumbar belt shouldn’t be used during pregnancy.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
