The LTP-A pistons are completely redesigned and optimised in all points directly for Simson cylinders.

LangTuning constructed the LTP-A pistons from the ground up. Usually in the Simson market, only the outer geometry such as length, diameter etc. are transmitted to the manufacturer and the manufacturer produces a piston shape. These moulds usually have a high material thickness and therefore the piston is correspondingly heavy.
LangTuning goes new ground with the construction of the LTP-A pistons.
Of course, this is significantly more elaborate and requires appropriate experience.
But this means that the piston weight is on average 10% lower than usual pistons in the quality price segment and around 20% lower than cheap series pistons.
At the same time, depending on the size, the pistons could be reinforced by a corresponding strut design, so that they are not only lighter, but also more stable.
The LTP-A pistons are optimised for slot-controlled Simson cylinders. Thanks to an extra wide inlet shirt, very wide inlet channels for tuning cylinders are also possible. At the same time, the LTP-A pistons are also suitable for series cylinders and can be used without any problems. The plunger windows are placed so that there is no short circuit to the inlet or secondary outlets.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
