Method of Use
1. Place the specimen on a solid surface and hold the hardness tester with the indenter at least 12mm from the edge of the specimen.
2. Press the pressure foot steadily on the specimen, so that the pressure needle is pressed vertically into the specimen until the pressure foot and the specimen are in complete contact with the readings within 1S.
3. Test the hardness value 5 times at different locations where the measuring points are at least 6mm apart, and take the average value.
4. in order to stabilize the test conditions, improve the accuracy of the test, the hardness tester should be installed in the matching production of the same type of measuring frame.
